Cancellation & Refund Policy

At VehiClean, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We operate with high professional standards to bring spotless detailing directly to your Jaipur location.

1. Satisfaction Guarantee (Re-clean Free)

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your doorstep car wash, deep cleaning, or rubbing and polishing service, we offer a 100% Free Re-clean:

  • You must report the issue within 24 hours of service completion by emailing cleanvehi@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp with photos showing the uncleaned areas.
  • We will schedule a follow-up visit to inspect and re-clean the specific zones free of charge at a mutually convenient slot.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you need to change your appointment slot:

  • Doorstep Services: Cancellations made 2 hours or more before the scheduled booking slot carry zero penalties.
  • Studio PPF Bookings: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled slot carry zero penalties.

3. Refunds on Pre-Paid Bookings

If you cancel a pre-paid service in compliance with our cancellation window (e.g. 2 hours before doorstep wash, 24 hours before PPF), a full refund of the amount will be processed to your source payment account (UPI, credit/debit card, bank transfer) within 5–7 working days.

4. No-Show & Inaccessibility Policy

If our detailing team arrives at your Jaipur location and is unable to gain access to the vehicle, or if water/power access is unavailable, we will wait 15 minutes while attempting to contact you. If the service cannot be executed due to non-availability or customer no-show:

  • Any pre-paid deposit will be forfeited to cover travel and labor logs.
  • Subsequent bookings will require upfront mobile deposits.
