Terms of Service

Welcome to VehiClean. By using our website (https://www.vehiclean.in) and booking our doorstep car care services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking & Scheduling

All doorstep car wash bookings are subject to service area availability in Jaipur and Sikar, Rajasthan. When booking a service slot, you must provide accurate location coordinates and vehicle type categories (hatchback, sedan, SUV, luxury). We reserve the right to reschedule or modify booking times due to unexpected weather conditions, mechanical delays, or traffic congestion.

2. Customer Obligations (Water & Power Requirements)

Because VehiClean delivers premium mobile doorstep cleaning, customer cooperation is required:

• Water Supply: The customer must provide access to a functional water tap near the vehicle parking zone.
• Power Supply: The customer must provide access to an electrical power outlet (within a reasonable distance for extension cables) to operate our vacuum and detailing systems.
• Safety & Authorization: The vehicle must be parked in a secure location where wash run-off is permitted, and where our staff is authorized to work.

3. Pricing & Payments

Our starting price is ₹399. Final service fees are based on vehicle category and dynamic bundles. If the vehicle type is incorrectly declared at booking (e.g. booking a hatchback rate for a large SUV), we reserve the right to adjust pricing on-site prior to wash initiation. Payments must be settled immediately upon completion via cash, UPI, or supported digital payment channels.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We appreciate 2 hours' prior notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your slot. Consistent last-minute cancellations or failures to provide water/power access on arrival may result in booking restrictions for future service requests.

5. Liability & Pre-existing Damage

Our detailing experts inspect vehicles before starting. VehiClean is not liable for pre-existing scratches, paint chipping, cracked glass, structural rust, or electrical malfunctions caused by prior water leaks. If you have custom decals or delicate wraps, please inform our wash technicians beforehand.

6. Detailing Studio (PPF Operations)

Paint Protection Film (PPF) is applied exclusively at our Jaipur studio. Free pick-and-drop logistics city-wide are fully insured. Specific warranty cards and service timelines for PPF materials will be provided separately at the time of installation.
